I found your dependable bag on the back of the door hanging on the door knob and I was surprised to see two sweters in there.It has been over a year since the brought stuff in to be cleaned and they still had myname and everything was the same, I appre iated that and I picked up my sweaters the same day, great service. Customer service is awesome. Same day service is awesome. Ease of entry and exit, quickly and with parking is awesome. However, I have been upset by the frequent damage to buttons on my shirts. This happens quite frequently...buttons seem to be mashed flat or ripped off somewhere in the processing. It would be great if the problem could be solved. I like much about Dependable but this issue has made me consider other options. Thanks.
Have been going to Dependable for many years - Fabiana was the first to welcome me into the city! You consistently hire people that always greet you with a hi and a smile and are most helpful with any questions you may have.
Francisco and the team at the Dorchester location are always friendly and helpful. Terrific customer service skills and never a complaint with the dry cleaning services.
