The service and professionalism of the Dorchester location has been paramount from the manager Fransisco and from the entire staff - very pleasant, service oriented, detailed and proficient. I have used several other cleaners in the Boston area, and this Dependable location has delivered the best dry-cleaned product -

Could not be happier with the experience at Dependable. I had my daughter's wedding gown cleaned and preserved, and the staff was professional, thorough and extremely friendly. Her gown looks perfect, and she's a little sad she can't wear it again !

I was worried about cleaning and mending a prized down jacket (with fur). You did both extraordinarily well. Thanks! (Just wish there was parking for pickup. In ten minutes, I got a $55 ticket.)
