I have been taking my clothes to Dependable in Braintree for many years. The place really lives up to the name. Everyone is polite and professional and my clothes always look great
service was great!! I wish I had caught the name of the lady working when I dropped off my dry cleaning there for the first time - super friendly and helpful. The price is a bit steep, maybe because I'm new to the city?
Dependable Cleaners at Shipyard Drive in Hingham is top notch. They are so friendly, professional and efficient. Communication is excellent. My clothes are always done on time and I appreciate their emphasis on green cleaning. I highly recommend this business.

Had a very pleasant experience overall. I initially went to the Watertown store to register for an account tied to my company for a discount but found out I had to call the site manager. Left the site manager a call and he returned within 24 hours. Process was very easy from there. Delivery service is amazing, and I will definitely do this again!
