The clothes always come back cleaned and in good shape, but the pricing is always a mystery. Your rates arent posted anywhere. Sometimes i bring a shirt for washing and i get charged 3$ other times 5$ sometime 10$. I cant tell why. Could be the way each shirt is washed, but there is no way for me to know whats going on. Applying coupons is difficult, and there is never a way to confirm it was processed because discounts arent reflected on receipts.

Excellent deal. Don't know how much my comforter would have cost without coupon but certainly at least double because of the size and weight.
This experience was great. I came in and was greeted by a polite employee. I had a few spots that I pointed out on my jacket he made a note in my file and said to come back on Thursday , wow 2 days. When my uniform was done I received a text saying I could pick the uniform up. When I went to pick up my clothes. The employee mention I had a key they found and they places in a separate bag. Which turned out to be two metals I wore on my Jacket. All in all the service was great at a reasonable price.
Always a pleasure having Dependable clean my clothes and comforter! Many of my clothes are vintage & Dependable takes very good care of these! Thank you Dependable!!
