I like receiving the notice that my order is ready without having to call to follow up and the staff at the Hingham location were warm and friendly even though it's so awkward to interact with anyone now because of the virus. I miss the employees at the Weymouth Bridge Street store, though. I hope it opens back up soon.

Was very happy with free delivery to my door with some locations closed due to the pandemic. In addition to the cleaning, I sent a sweater with fine thread to have a sleeve repaired-you would never know it had been damaged. It looks great!
WE have been dependable customers for years but this was our first time using the pick up and delivery service..Sean explained everything and so far two visits have gone very smoothly...wish we had started this years ago...Good job Dependable
