Everything is great from a service perspective. Cost/value is not as good.
The staff are always very professional and nice. They always know your name and say thank you and have a good day!!! It makes a difference. The service is excellent and the quality that the clothes come back pressed/cleaned and ready to wear is perfect.
Shirts were on time and cleaned & pressed.

Fast prompt and friendly service al the time. One thing is you should look into now allowing people to pull up in front of store and utilize parking lot. In my opinion it is convenient but a safety issue and people come wheeling down Antwerp st to pull right in front. The parking lot is 20 feet away and should be used.

I was there this week for your Presidents' Day coat cleaning sale....which I love. Your staff are so friendly ,the lovely woman that waited on me came out of the store to give me a piece of jewelry I accidentally left on my coat ...just so thoughtful.
