Hello! Here's my story!! I brought 3 wedding gowns to Dependable Cleaners be preserved: our daughter's gown, my gown and my mother's gown. I first contacted the cleaners and Mr. Elton Crespo, who was in charge of the preservation process through e-mail, after seeing an article about the Cleaners in a magazine. Had a suit for a wedding cleaned came out perfect and great services
Kind and experienced staff! Very accommodating! they made me feel at ease and assured me that they would be able to clean the wedding gown and make it like new. Elton is your guy! He went over the top with my order. Knows anything and everything about his profession. If you need a wedding gown cleaned, fixed, anything or any piece of clothing... this is the place to go!
It was my first experience. Employees are friendly. Fast and well done. Definitely recommended!
Clothes are always handled correctly and look great. Customer service outstanding!!! I am using a crutch due to knee surgery and was met by a customer service representative when she saw me trying to take my Dependable Cleaner bag out of my car.
A bit pricey
This was my first visit to Dependable Cleaners. What makes me know I'll be a Customer in the future is I forgot to pick up my clothes on Saturday and found out that they are open on Sundays. Enough said. I'm sold!!!
