It was my first experience. Employees are friendly. Fast and well done. Definitely recommended!
Clothes are always handled correctly and look great. Customer service outstanding!!! I am using a crutch due to knee surgery and was met by a customer service representative when she saw me trying to take my Dependable Cleaner bag out of my car.
A bit pricey
This was my first visit to Dependable Cleaners. What makes me know I'll be a Customer in the future is I forgot to pick up my clothes on Saturday and found out that they are open on Sundays. Enough said. I'm sold!!!
Very professional and friendly staff--repair garment ready 2 days before it was due. Great service--very clean establishment.

Last Minute Wedding Dress Pressing! I have been a customer with Dependable Cleaners I've never been to any of their locations. I did not have a connection to anyone there or know their hours. I went there 5 minutes before they closed and the employees took the time to explain to me how the process works. I had 2 days for my daughter's wedding gown to be pressed I was connected to Elton Crespo, Manager of Wedding Gowns on his day off and he went out of his way to accommodate us. I read about Dependable cleaners gown restoration service through the Improper Bostonian wedding edition. I brought in a vintage dress that has been in my family since the 60s. When I came into the store, Elton Crespo personally came out to meet with me and advised on the best method of cleaning and offered to personally work on it himself and that it may take a week or two to be completed.
