A young lady named Niamh at your 581 Adams Street store was a delight. Her Manager is Tracie Dorais.Niamh was very friendly and helpful and trying to solve my concerns about stains on my trousers. When I entered the store I overheard her conversation with a customer. I was impressed by her efforts to please a customer. i complimented her for her patient response to an unhappy customer. Such talent is nice to see.
