it took too long to clean two items. I didn’t get it back to four days later after five they did not inform me that they will be back until after 5 5 o’clock, I’m glad I didn’t need it before the end
Dropped off sweatpants to reduce measurements. My pants were 4 inches too long. I was hoping to have them pinned up by the shop worker,. It didn’t happen , instead they discussed my measurements. Held the pants for a week,, then they called to tell me they were ready. They hadn’t been touched. Was told I didn’t have enough material. I have since taken the pants to another store. With perfect customer service.

They didn't get my coat cleaned

Sorry we could not get your shoes cleaned after processing twice. Regrettably, some stains can't be removed.
This has happened twice the last 2 times I've put my clothes in cleaners I had to pay $ 42.00 an $32.00 my slacks come back with no crease in 3 pairs of my slacks an couldn't get them until I pay plus come back the next week to pick them up.
The price was too just to get a dress pressed !!

Staff is great, the people who are cleaning my clothes need to do a better job, I had to have a blazer re done because it was not clean, now I have the inconvenience of driving back there to pick it up, and this is not the first time this has happened. Don't keep wasting my time and money.

$271 for 24 pieces of clothing most of which were t-shirts. Y'all are the highest charging dry cleaners in Charlotte. Won't be coming back and definitely won't recommend you to anyone. I'm going back to the Asian Lady on South Tryon SMFH🤦🏿♂️🤷🏿♂️
