I was very impressed with your business. Visiting from out of state, your representative listened to my needs and helped ensure my needs were met in a very timely manner. I will definitely re-visit your facility for all my business needs as well as referring my family and friends who live close by to seek your professional help in their household needs.
Culpepper has improved 100%. The new automatic door at the entrance is helpful especially when your hands are full. The clothes are cleaner and fresher than they have ever been. Also the text notification when clothes are ready for pickup is very helpful. Thank you for all of your improvements.

Had a heavy set of drapes cleaned. When I picked them up, the kind lady helped me carry those heavy curtains to my car and hung them in the backseat. The cleaning was great but the extra effort of helping me load was extraordinary. Wish I had written down her name.
Cleaning was done in a timely manner. I liked the the reminder and I liked that is was done earlier than the stated date. I stopped using Culpepper in the past because you were so expensive. Yesterday was a couple of dollars cheaper than my previous comparable item. Hopefully I’ll be able to start using Culpepper again.
Your staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They are always very helpful, considerate and answer any questions or concerns I may have. My clothes are always well taken care of and look great. I have been coming to this establishment for many years and will continue to give them my business.
You all went out of your way to help me. I had left drapes to be cleaned. When the man came to hang them I called and asked if I could have them back before dry cleaning them, so that the man could place hardware. I said I’d bring them back. You angels cleaned them right away for me. I did not expect that. Thank you and your entire team.
