I was extremely disappointed in the value of the service you provided. I had a 2 piece dress that was beaded cleaned which was over $50 and a 2 piece suit which was $20. When I goy my king sized comforter and duvet cleaned the total was $50 and your agent told me the cost up front. Had your agent told me the cost up front or if you had a menu pricing board up I NEVER would have left the dress as that was an outrageous price. Took in an old Muslim prayer rug....woolen maybe? Told....after an entire week...that it could not be "safely" cleaned. Took a week to figure that out???
Way over priced! Especially $9.15 for dry cleaning a pair of pants. Won't be coming back even though you are just across the street.
I walked in @ 10:00 today and no one was in the store. The back door was open and perhaps the person was out there. Everybody deserves a break, so maybe you need two people on the desk?
I asked for a senior discount or some sort of coupon ! The service was also lacking!
The clothing was clean but the folding job was terrible. I will order my clothes on hangers next time.
I brought in 2 coats for dry cleaning and just have a couple of comments. I had asked if they could look into mending the pockets in one of the coats, I don't believe that was done. I wasn't charged but there also wasn't a note that they weren't able to do this. There was "leather" trim on the second coat that is now cracked and very stiff. I've had this coat cleaned several times in the past and this has never happened. I'm not asking for any resolution, I just thought I'd provide the feedback. Thank you.
Wen recently had a death in the family and needed to have some clothing dry cleaned quickly. They turned the items around quickly but more than half the items (which were black or dark grey) were covered with hair like white strands from one our childrens white faux fur jackets as if they were cleaned in the same machine as the jacket. Store is clean and staff very friendly. However they were unable to find my name or invoice # in the computer. The staff was unable to take my payment and give me my item.(Even though I had received an email to let me know my order was ready...AND the cleaned item was visible to me and had a printed invoice on it with my name.) This went on for about 20 mins and finally someone on the phone approved me to pay and take my item. Some people gave up waiting in line and left.
