I am a "frequent flyer" to the Wilton site. And I go there because it is convenient, of course, but largely because the counter folks are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. And your services are top-notch...I think you should add "special orders don't upset us" to your advertisements! :)

Nothing. My experience was fine and the woman who assisted me was very pleasant.
My trips into the location are always great. The staff is amazing, love that they know my name. The service is fantastic, always on time and never a problem. Keep up the great work in 2018!
The clerk was so pleasant and helpful! She told me when my order would be ready and I received an email days before it was due, that it was already ready for pick up, nice surprise and appreciated.
Seamstress is excellent. She even phoned me to check to make sure the directions were accurate.
