Typically i drop my husband's dress clothes off for dry cleaning , i am usually happy with quality work and price. This time i dropped a dress to ve altered and pressed , to my surprise it costs over 40 dollars to that! I only had 2 inches taken off . I do think it was overpriced . I should have asked how much but i didnt think it was going to be that expensive .
Sheet came back with brownish stains. Will be returning it for a redo.
The customer service is always great! I was very shocked at the price of my top that I had dry cleaned I thought it was very expensive and overpriced for the item.
Overpriced didn’t clean my items

The crease lines were about half an inch off the sewn in crease lines on a military uniform. It looked ridiculous.
I will never utilize Cudney's EVER again for dry cleaning services. Against my better judgement I decided to drop my dry cleaning off at the West Ave location because I was using the laundromat to wash household rugs. I mentioned to the young man working that I hadn't used Cudney's in years because I found the prices exorbitant and had started using Saratoga Cleaners. I've never brought a fancy dress to a cleaner before. When I dropped it off, the attendant (who was very friendly and nice) told me the dress would be around $30 to clean. I nearly didn't do it (we borrowed the dress to save money!), but my daughter really wanted the dress cleaned and fresh, so I said OK. At pick-up, it was only $20, which was nice, but the dress still had all the small and large stain spots on it.
