Because my product needed to be done twice, and the stain still never came out, and I was still charged.
I have been a customer since I came to Saratoga in 1957.So far,I have no complaints!
Given much travel, I have not personally been at the Wilton location myself in some 11 months. However, when I went to pick up an order my wife had dropped off at the Wilton location, the young woman remembered my name (I do not remember hers) and it was like I never stopped going there. Very good service!
