First time customer and I am impressed. will certainly go to Cudneys when in town. Will certainly recommend to my traveling colleagues.
I brought in an item for tailoring. The process was easy and efficient. It was ready before the scheduled pick-up. I really liked the email notification and reminders. More importantly, when I dropped it off and picked it up both staff persons were friendly and helpful.
I was very pleased with the young man who accepted my item and was also there when I came in to pick it up. He was very personable, knowledgeable and a good representative of the company. No, he is not a friend or relative.........
I find your staff to be very pleasant which is a big plus in my book! I haven't checked out my clothing I have had dry cleaned yet as I have been busy, but the staff is excellent.
The young lady that I met when I dropped off suit jacket was wonderful and helpful and friendly. The young man that worked Saturday was not to friendly and I felt like I was bothering him.
Everyone is always really friendly when I go in there.
I always feel like I am visiting a friend when I stop in to see Lori at the West Avenue location.
