While Cudney's (Dry) Cleaners has a big presence in the City of Saratoga Springs with multiple, convenient locations, some with 24 hour access for drop off and pickup and the counter person is always helpful, their prices have become so extremely high they are no longer affordable. First, thank you for your feedback. I do wish though, that you had entered your name so that I could respond in a more personal manner. That being said, our prices are very much determined by three main costs, staffing, utility and supplies. Those costs have gone up exponentially in the past 4 years, much more than the 20% you state cost of living has gone up and our prices have not gone up "multiples of that inflation" in that same time period-actually-the change to our prices is right around 20% since you first visited ... read more

Today while washing the building lost power and our 2 machines in operation reset while the other partially paid for also reset. The manager promptly took care of everything within minutes! Loved using their clean and super efficient machines!
