When I was taking in my cleaning there was a champagne brunch with a jazz band playing in the lobby. The Vol cheerleaders were giving out free tickets to all the home games. Before I could get back to my car they had washed and detailed it. I just wished I could have won the raffle for a year’s free cleaning that was the door prize. Seriously, Nick and the wonder girls make everyone feel special.
I am very impressed. Coming from CA I noticed a stark difference for the better in service, personnel and the total use of technology. The cheerful help is also to be commended. And the prices are reasonable, I will be back. Thank you. Paul
