Always a great experience here. Whenever something is not to my liking, the owner is more than willing to fix it or at least try to fix it.
Polite young took my large group of laundry that just needed ironing. Everything went smooth and it was ready earlier than predicted.

I dropped off my garment last Tuesday morn & was told it would be ready Wednesday after 5:30 ... I was not able to pick it up until the following Monday & found it looking like the day I bought it several years ago. Crown Cleaners will continue to get my business. The staff is courteous and cheerful. I especially like the occasional bulletin via e-mail that has good advice on caring for my "special clothes".
