Friendly service. I am accustomed to a faster turnaround at most dry cleaners, but by Knoxville standards you seem on par. When I was picking up my dry cleaning there was a customer inside your very small pick up area who was not wearing a mask. This made me feel very uncomfortable, and I wish you would enforce safety guidelines for your customers. The small decisions to bend the rules for some is why Tennessee ranks at the top of the list right now for Covid cases nationwide.
