I would have liked more starch for a heavy starch request. Also I expected to have my shirt sleeves creased. Staff was wonderful.

She has a keen eye and general sense of fabric. My friend had her daughter’s wedding dress designed mostly with her great grandmothers hand made lace, damaged by the heel Of her shoe and another place on back of bodice was damaged when someone hugged her and their watch winding stem caught and pulled a hole in the delicate lace. Dropped off a wedding dress to be cleaned and boxed. Communication was great. It didn't even take as long as I thought. Got an email it was ready. Picked it up in a beautiful box with another protective box with a handle over that. Had absolutely zero problems, and I did not think the price was bad either. Would definitely recommend any bride use Crown Cleaners to preserve their gown!

Crown Cleaners did a great job! I was a little confused about why it cost the same amount to clean my wool sweater as it did my husband's sports coat, but their quality is top notch! We will definitely use them again!
This was my first time using your services and now I want to bring all of my clothes in for services. The place is very clean, staff is friendly and very helpful. I was very impressed when I received an email notifying me that my garment was ready for pick up, a day earlier than expected. I'd recommend to everyone.
