We have pick up and delivery service which is always timely and professional. Crown Cleaners has been good at communicating with us when there is an issue with an item of clothing or if there is a change in pick up and delivery days due to holidays. We feel as though we get a good value for our money.
The customer service is always excellent at the Bearden Hill store! They always try several times to remove tough stains and repair buttons, rips etc that we may have overlooked. The order is always on time as promised and most of all our garments look great!
The service I get from Crown and, especially, Dave, is excellent.

I would have liked more starch for a heavy starch request. Also I expected to have my shirt sleeves creased. Staff was wonderful.
The BEST Alrerations in westvknox area and much less pricey than typical alteration botique shops in Bearden Area . Viola has 35 yrs experience and in addition, is an excellent seamstress. She has a keen eye and general sense of fabric. My friend had her daughter’s wedding dress designed mostly with her great grandmothers hand made lace, damaged by the heel Of her shoe and another place on back of bodice was damaged when someone hugged her and their watch winding stem caught and pulled a hole in the delicate lace.
