I dropped off my garment last Tuesday morn & was told it would be ready Wednesday after 5:30 ... I was not able to pick it up until the following Monday & found it looking like the day I bought it several years ago. Crown Cleaners will continue to get my business. The staff is courteous and cheerful. I especially like the occasional bulletin via e-mail that has good advice on caring for my "special clothes".
