In the past, I have had fairly good experience here. Unfortunately, something has changed. When I last dropped off clothing, the young man was very rude. I let it go. However, when I picked up my clothes yesterday, the older woman working (maybe the owner) was incredibly curt and irritable to me. She was not friendly, interrupted me, rolled her eyes when I mistakenly did not give her the correct dollar amount with cash payment. She was also pushy. 3 garments dry cleaned. 1 ok. The other two were wrinkled.
My fiancé dropped off a shirt of to be cleaned. I was contacted shortly there after asking if I knew my fiancé , was the garment mine, etc. As odd as the questions were and how they even knew it was mine shirt, I still answered yes. I was told they knew it was my shirt because Courtesy Cleaners placed a micro chip in the garment to track it.
