I think this was the best experience I have had in dry cleaning. It is a fact that customer service has gone out the window. But when I walked in the dry cleaners, they showed me that customer service still exist. I was very impressed with the customer service, with the amount of time that it would take to take care of my request, and when I came to pick up my laundry, they showed me that that professionalism and courtesy was not a one time thing. I will continue to use them as I was very impressed.
