As a new customer I was asked to provide my name and phone number, which I did then the person mixed up my name and flipped it and then did not spell it correctly from the paper I wrote it down on. Then I asked for my shirts to be folded. Upon calling the next day they kept claiming I did not come and they could not find my name and once they figured out their mistake they then gave me my shirts on hangers and hen I asked for them folded. Very disappointed with the servic.
