I have always experienced great service on every visit; however on my last visit I was displeased. I dropped off a pair of curtains for cleaning. Due to reasons beyond their control, they were unable to clean them. My issue is that they informed me only a few hours before I was scheduled to pick them up. They were dropped off several days before. It would have been more considerate to at least inform me that it was a service they were unable to perform ahead of pick up day so that I could make other arrangements. Personne... read more
