They opened their first store in February 2005 and currently have 10 convenient locations throughout the northwestern part of San Antonio. This was my first visit to Comet. The employees were very friendly and polite. I used the wash and fold service. The laundry came back with an extra plastic liner separating it from the outside bag and it was separated into bundkes by type- all the socks, all the shirts, etc. I really liked both those qualities. My socks were still a little damp, though. Also the "work complete" email came back later than the complete time on my pick up ticket. Neither of those things is a huge deal, though. 5 STAR...Always courteous, great service, always on-time ! 3 STAR... on price, I’ve tried using coupons, when expired, no discount... I take comet expired coupons to competitor and they honor it... doesn’t make sense.
