This was my first visit to Comet. The employees were very friendly and polite. I used the wash and fold service. The laundry came back with an extra plastic liner separating it from the outside bag and it was separated into bundkes by type- all the socks, all the shirts, etc. I really liked both those qualities. My socks were still a little damp, though. Also the "work complete" email came back later than the complete time on my pick up ticket. Neither of those things is a huge deal, though. 5 STAR...Always courteous, great service, always on-time ! 3 STAR... on price, I’ve tried using coupons, when expired, no discount... I take comet expired coupons to competitor and they honor it... doesn’t make sense.
