Super nice and informative
As a 20 plus year customer, my last visit my white shirt collar was not pressed properly, and I had to represented at home, and in addition I did not received my “military discount!!!
I don’t know what happened because I have been there 3-4 times in the past. It has been about a year so the ladies had to create or enter all my info again. Didn’t take long to get me into the system. Not complaining, just explaining. Picked up my Mil uniforms nice clean and pressed.
My jacket took a few days longer to clean because of the tag that Comet puts on garments to identify it came off during the cleaning process. They solved the problem and got the job done. They also decided not to charge me for it due to the fact that it took longer to get it back. Thank you Comet!
