Asked for light starch on my jeans but they continue to come back with heavy starch. Complained prior but still not getting it done right. That aside your staff is excellent and very courteous and friendly. It seems the problem is probably at the laundry possibly your service people are not paying attention to customer requests.
My son’s JROTC uniform came back exactly the he liked it. He was very pleased with your handling of the creases on the pants and buttons on his jacket. Thank you
