I’m always pleased with the work you do on my bedspreads and quilts. I always have my things laundered - I don’t handle chemicals well - so prefer laundry. The best part of your service is - the friendly help you have. (So nice).

I always ask that my linen shirts to be dry cleaned so they stay soft and hav less obvious wear, however they in part are returned on a dry clean hanger but they are stiff as a board which is from fabric finish - It’s so disappointing when it’s Saturday nite and you want to wear a nice linen shirt but it’s like wearing a board . We use bitters locale and the manager always corrects it and is lovely but whoever works at the plant needs to read the special requests attached.
