Always fantastic service from Betsy and her team. I would like to see a little more support from the people in the plant. I can only imagine the difficulty you must have in getting and keeping good employees. However, their work reflects directly on those in the store. Broken buttons and wrinkled collars need to be corrected before clothes are sent back to the store.
It is always a pleasure to communicate with your awesome staff. They remember their clients personally by name and appreciate my business.
Thankful that the employees check the clothes I drop off. They found the seat to my husbands suit needed mending before cleaning. They contacted me and repaired them before cleaning.
