Always fantastic service from Betsy and her team. I would like to see a little more support from the people in the plant. I can only imagine the difficulty you must have in getting and keeping good employees. However, their work reflects directly on those in the store. Broken buttons and wrinkled collars need to be corrected before clothes are sent back to the store.
