I like using Comet because of their performance, promptness and customer service. This time, a shirt I dropped off for dry cleaning was returned in a beloved-expectations condition. Perhaps because it was an inexpensive shirt favored by a fraternal organization, the lower quality of the shirt impacted the way the material responded to the dry cleaning. The collar and front flaps were puckered and required further pressing when I needed the shirt. Perhaps in the future I’ll simply launder this at home.
