Yolanda is a great rep for the company. The company always does fine w I rk but it sure helps having such a positive person like Yolanda meeting and greeting customers. She also understands the concerns of customers with stains, etc that nmay need extra zttention.
Have to do a better job on quality control on spots/stains. I pay for clean clothes and expect to get clean clothes ; not for clothes that have just been run through the laundry. Someone needs to ensure spots/stains have been cleaned before you give back to customer. There are lots of other cleaners in the area to try if you can’t do quality work.
I recently moved to San Antonio and found Comet Cleaners to be an excellent place to bring all your dry cleaning clothes. I go to the one on DeZavala Rd. The storefront is clean and the workers are very quick and consumer friendly. The quality and price are great. They replace all your missing buttons for free!

We utilize the cleaners on Dezavala with Yolanda. Yolanda is an awesome employee she’s dedicated to her customers. She is always pleasant and never ever not greet you when you walk through that door. She always has a smile on her face and unfortunately when I refer your cleaner specifically, Yolanda to other people, we don’t have a card to give them with Yolanda‘s name on it.
