I dropped of my dry cleaning early on a Friday, and it was promised to me to be ready by 3 pm the next day. Imagine my pleasant surprise when I received a text later that same day that my order was ready. I was able to pick it up that evening on my way home from work which saved me an extra trip the next day. The customer service rep even reminded me that I had a discount coupon and applied it to my order. Great service! Thanks
