I appreciate the service I received on my first visit to this location. The staff was friendly upon drop off and pick up of my items. I’m grateful that a staff member inspected my items and contacted me within an hour of my drop-off regarding a dress that was in a condition that dry cleaning could damage the dress further. After consulting with me, I chose not to have it cleaned. I haven’t used dry cleaning services in a while, so I did think the cost for dry cleaning one dress ($11) was rather steep.
