I always get great service from Comet that’s what keeps me coming back for the last nineteen years. However, the prices recently have been doubled from what they were…..hope it’s temporary or I’ll have to find an alternative.

We get the pick up dry cleaning service and we stopped getting receipts of our dry cleaning. It wasn't until after requesting them several times that I was finally told that I could access them by downloading the app. I did so and realized that our coupon were not applied on the last times. This could have been corrected had we seen the receipts with the clothes. Now I don't even know if I can request that the coupon be retroactively applied. I wish information had been better communicated to their customers.
As always it was a great experience from the time I dropped my clothes off and then picked them up. Thank you
Great customer service. I liked that they told me up front that not all my articles of clothing would be ready at the same time and they would email me when they were. When I came to pick it up, I had a coupon ready, but she applied it before I asked simply because she saw the bill! You can’t beat that.
