All of my experiences have been extremely pleasant. The staff is kind and courteous. The only two instances I was slightly disappointed have been1) I have tried to correct the starch default on my account as it pertains to shirts (the past two times I have picked up my shirts they had no starch/prefer light starch on shirts 2) having to pay 5$ for a laundry bag for wash and fold laundry.——The bag exists to continually have my clothes laundered at this establishment, seems it would be in establishments interest to provide the... read more

All the counter help I've ever met here have been super friendly and helpful.
I’ve been using this Comet Cleaners in Helotes, Texas, for over 15 + years. That should tell the story of what my opinion of this particular store is. Irene & Evelyn (now retired) set the bar for the ones that followed after them. Big shoes to fill!
