Overall my experience with Comet Cleaners is positive. There have been a few instances when my clothes have been returned dirty or not pressed. Also, the coupon process seems inconsistent or subjective. I know that some customers are offered discounts without coupons while others are not. Finally, I’d like Comet to consider being more environmentally conscious. They don’t actively solicit for recycling of the plastic garment bags or wire hangers.
