The experience at Comet Cleaners is always great, very courteous and professional staff that take the time to know their customers and greets them by their name. The service is just as good with a quick turn around, almost always next day.

Overall my experience with Comet Cleaners is positive. There have been a few instances when my clothes have been returned dirty or not pressed. Also, the coupon process seems inconsistent or subjective. I know that some customers are offered discounts without coupons while others are not. Finally, I’d like Comet to consider being more environmentally conscious. They don’t actively solicit for recycling of the plastic garment bags or wire hangers.
