I turned in an old coat which had been in storage for years. The attendant inspected the and reported a tear on one pocket, which I knew about. As a new customer, she explained everything I needed to know, and quoted the price. Upon returning, she recognized my Desert Storm Veteran cap, asked for THAT identification, and then gave me a discount. Very nice and appreciated.
