Very good first time experience! The cashier told me everything I needed to know for the pick up and drop off and was very quick about it. The pick up process went very smooth and quick as well. Unfortunately I had a stain on my duvet cover that did not come completely out, when I was told it should, but it was a very bright stain so it was a little understandable.
