Polite, and professional . I took a beautiful black dress with a buttoned fine lace inset down the backside of dress. I needed the dress cleaned for my mother’s funeral. Though I didn’t need back for two weeks it was ready the next day. Did a beautiful job of cleaning, the lace wasn’t pressed or heated “incorrectly” or torn and all the buttons are intact no pressing marks or shine. On the black fabric . I will definitely use them again..
