Had a jacket dry cleaned, picked up and hung up in the back of my closet almost a year ago. My fault I hadn’t checked when I picked it up, but recently pulled it out to put it on, I noticed the jacket’s removable sleeves were missing. It was a long shot but went back to check if they had a lost & found. Bless her heart, Lori (I think it was her) went to the main branch and did some searching and she found it!
