My shirts look great and Val was friendly and professional.
This cleaner store does an excellent job at ensuring clothes are clean, which is commendable. However, there are aspects of their service that could be improved for a better customer experience. The method they use to hang clothes, tends to leave bumpy parts on the shoulders and sleeves, detracting from the garment’s appearance. Additionally, the use of clips to hold dresses has resulted in holes in some fabrics, which is concerning.
Excellent customer service from Valerie. She provides the best customer service, knows your name and makes the transaction easy and tells you all of the clothes you dropped off is ready for you to pick up.
Do a great job and turnaround is fast. Staff is professional and very friendly. My only experience is with store on Blanco and 1604 and the ladies there are the best.
