It would be nicer if you accepted discount coupons across different types of cleaning. For example, if I drop-off both dry cleaning and regular wash, I am not allowed to use the coupons for dry cleaning and wash discounts. I have to pick one or the other. Also, it would be nice if you gave customers special discount if they brought the hangers in for recycling/ reuse. It takes extra effort to gather the hangers and bring them--it would be nice to have an incentive for this.
