Linda is a real pro at what she does. Courteous & personable, a really refreshing change in this day and age of sloppy, I-don't-give-a-crap-about-you customer service. My clothes were handled properly, and came back on time. The only thing that concerns me is the price. Even with the special, it cost me about $10 per suit (jacket & pants). Yes, I knew this going in, but there should be a better price for those of us who don't need to have our clothes picked up/delivered. Will I use Comet again? Of course. But for now... read more

Although it had been at least 10 days since I dropped off drapes to dry clean, when I entered the store Vanessa remembered my last name and that I was there to pick up drapes! This was only the second time I'd been to the store. When the cost turned out to be much more than I expected Vanessa explained why and asked her supervisor, Linda, if I could get a discount. Linda most graciously gave me a small discount. Thank you ladies for your great customer service.
