Linda sets the bar for customer service and she sets it very high, from her friendly greeting welcoming you into the store to the listening and understanding a customer's needs, always focused on the best results for both her employer and the customer. Never pressures you, gives you options, and even with difficult customers, she never loses focus as I have personally witnessed. She is the reason I returned to Comet Cleaners, as I had left when she was reassigned because of the bad customer service
They were very nice and made th process of getting to the clothes dry cleaned very pleasant.
This location of Comet Cleaners is top notch! The employees go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Clothes are cleaned quickly and efficiently with email reminders when ready to pick up. This location is more like a business you would experience in a small town !
