Linda is why I drive past several dry cleaner locations to entrust my clothing to her care. She is exuberant in her greeting each customer. She explains every detail of the process of spot removal before I leave the garment in her care. I have never encountered a problem or question that she wasn’t able to find an agreeable solution.
