The staff is always friendly. I know I stop in at the end of a long day and in a mood that impresses no one, grumpy and a half. Then the person behind the counter says hello and remembers my name - then I feel a little more special than I did 10 minutes ago. Berta is alway's cheerful like that. She's not the only one, but she is always in an "up" mood. I enjoy that and look forward to picking up the dry cleaning on the way home!
