First time using the cleaners. Taylor was very good in explaining the process as well as personable and knowledgeable. My drop off went smooth and he explained the tagging of the shirts. These were for laundry. Had a good conversation with him. I was impressed with his customer service skills. The best thing about my experience at the Encino Park location is your employee, Tesha. She always greets with a smile and positive attitude. I don’t know if she is the one managing this location but the store is always tidy, decorated and organized. Thanks for many years of great service.
