The dry cleaning was fine, no issues with garments. Did have a small issue with a coupon. When I called about pricing on suits, I was told as a new customer to search for & use a 25% off coupon via my phone when picking up. However, upon pickup, the 25% off coupon only took off 5% ($1 off $19+ bill) of the total price for 2 suits. Not a big deal, just a bit deceptive.

Rae should get a raise! She is excellent and the main reason I use Comet. Gave 4stars because sometimes light starch, seems like no starch at all.
