The young lady who took in my cleaning and also checked me out when picking up my comforters has to be one of the most polite, considerate customer service representatives I have come across in a very long time. As a retired Director Of Operations, which included the Customer Service Department, for The Gambrinus Company I would not even have called her back for a second interview...if she cleared our personnel check I would have hired her immediately!
