I really like the pick up and delivery. Great service. I would like a better receipt that comes with the shirts like a total itemized bill. However I asked for this years ago when picking up in person and could not get it.

We use Comet for our corporate linens. They always come back clean and pressed, which is great, however, the Comet delivery teams communication could use some improvement. Every time we use their service something is delayed (either the pick up or delivery) and we are never notified of the delay unless we call ourselves to find out why the delivery driver didn't show up. Our needs are not usually urgent, so the delay isn't a big deal - but a phone call to alert of the delay and the new pick up/drop off time would be apprecia... read more
Quick turnaround service, less than 24 hours. I just moved from Hawaii and it takes a minimum 4 days to get my dry cleaning back.
